Due to the unique nature of our curated consignment inventory, all sales are final; however, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their vintage and pre-loved finds. If an item was misrepresented or contains an undisclosed flaw, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to discuss a resolution.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Review Policy

    Verify that your item qualifies for a return by ensuring it remains in its original sold condition with all etc. Consignment Shoppe tags still attached.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our team with your order number and clear photos of the item to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

  • 4.
    Ship and Track

    Send the package back using a trackable shipping method; once received and inspected, we will process your store credit or refund within 5 business days.
